The title company issues the title insurance for both Owner’s and Lender’s Title Insurance. We also offer closing services to make sure your closing goes smoothly. We will prepare a title report for the lender and will also prepare the closing documents for signing once your closing date has been set. We make sure everything is signed and notarized per the lender’s instructions. Once the loan is ready to fund, we send the documents that need to be recorded to the courthouse and we will disburse funds according to the settlement statement signed at closing.
